Filtering Executed Processes

To filter the records displayed on the execution history tabular view, click Add Filter.

The  filter pane is displayed with the following options:


Filter records by Process

To view the processes by the specific process name or phrase: 

  1. Select Process from the drop-down list.
  2. Choose contains or equals from the drop-down list. The selection "contains" will display all the processes having the word/phrase that you enter, whereas, the selection "equals" will display the same process name that you enter. 
  3. Enter the word/phrase in the text box.
    The following example shows the phrase "Sample".
  4. Click Apply.

The execution history of the processes that contain the word "Sample" in the process name will be displayed.

Filter records by priority

To view the processes by priority: 

  1. Select Priority from the drop-down list.
  2. Choose Low, Medium, or High from the list. The following example shows the priority "Medium".
  3. Click Apply.

The processes with Low priority will be displayed.

Filter records by status

To view the processes by the execution status: 

  1. Select Status from the drop-down list.
  2. Choose Completed, Failed, or In Progress from the list. 
  3. Click Apply.

Filter records by process start time

To view the processes by start time: 

  1. Select Started from the drop-down list.
  2. Choose greater or equal, between, less or equal
  3. Select the date and time.
  4. Click Apply.

Filter records by applying multiple conditions

You can provide multiple filter conditions to filter the execution history records. To add more than one condition:

  1. Click Add Rule.
  2. Select the required condition.
    In this example, the process with low priority is added with the condition process that contains the term "Sample".
  3. Click Apply.

The execution history details will be filtered based on the given condition. In this example, the execution history of the process named "Sample Subprocess" scheduled with a Low priority is displayed.

To delete any condition, click Delete.

To remove the conditional filters, click Reset
